Mrs. June Holloway Hall of Malvern went home to be with the Lord Saturday, May 23, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 77.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Malvern Baptist Church with Rev. Hosea Parker officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Slocomb directing. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made in June's honor to Gentiva Hospice, 2740 Headland Ave, Dothan, AL 36303.
June was born on November 13, 1937 in Geneva County to the late Coley & Mamie Hall Holloway. She was a dedicated servant of Christ and a member of Malvern Baptist Church. June was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, two sisters: Lola Merl Holloway and Audrey Boutwell and one brother, Gerald Holloway preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, James Hall, Malvern; two sons: Jimmy Hall (Nancy) and Jeffrey Hall (Susan); one daughter, Joy Manley (Clarence); one grandson, Matthew Manley (Emily); two granddaughters: Amber Hall and Morgan Sapp (Skyler), one great-grandbaby, Avery June Manley; two brothers: Coley Myer Holloway (Nancy) and Sherl Holloway (Elouise); several nieces and nephews that she dearly loved and other extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of Gentiva Hospice for their excellent care and support.
