Mr. Howard Michael Graham of Cottonwood, Alabama, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan. He was 64.
Mike was born on March 25, 1950, in Altha. He grew up in Altha and was a graduate of Altha Public School. He was a retired pipefitter, but had also served in the United States Army and operated his own roofing business. He was known for his great sense of humor and love of fun. He was of the Baptist faith.
His father, V. Howard Graham passed away before Mike’s birth. In addition, he was also preceded in death by his parents Bruce and Alda Mae Hansford.
Survivors include his wife, Annise Graham, of Cottonwood; one daughter, Amanda Graham of Oneonta, Alabama; three sons: Michael Graham of Spokane Valley, Washington, Greg Graham of Lakeview, Washington and Ross Graham of Blountstown; two stepchildren: Shane Quick, of Pansey, Alabama and Norma Smith of Wausau; his brother, Rex Hansford and sisters: Melba Adkins and Lisa Grice, all of Altha; 14 grandchildren; one great grand child; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
To celebrate his life, long-time friend, Reverend Luther Pumphrey will conduct a service at 1:00 p.m. CDST Saturday, August 23, at the Altha Church of God in Altha. The family will receive friends at the church from noon until service time.

The Wingate family in Callahan, Florida are sad to hear of Mike's passing. We enjoyed his time being a part of our family. He has been and will continued to be missed at our family events. Keith, Terry, Darci, Roy and Jeanette.
