I am so sorry for the loss of dear Rachel. I hope you can find comfort in knowing that she is now simply sleeping, as was Lazarus until Jesus journeyed to "awaken," or resurrect him. (John 11:11, 43) Jesus here demonstrated what was going to be done on a grand scale in the future, when "all" in the grave "hear his voice and come out." (John 5:28, 29) Rachel will be brought back to a world where sickness and death are no more. (Psalm 37:29; Isaiah 33:24; Revelation 21:4) Until then, know that you are invited by our loving Creator, Jehovah God, to "throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7; Psalm 83:18) Take care Fondren family and please accept my sincerest condolences.
