Frances Irene Ussery of Hartford, AL. passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at her home. She was 87. 

Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, November 22, 2024 in the chapel at Sorrells Funeral Home in Slocomb with Dr. Scott Cox and Bro. Bruce Spivey officiating. Interment will follow in Hartford City Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 10:30 AM and continuing until service time. Interment will follow in Hartford City Cemetery.

Frances Irene Ussery was born March 9, 1937, in Columbus, Mississippi to the late Clyde and Minnie Lee Graves.

In addition to her parents, her husband, John Ussery; brothers-in-law, Sidney Ussery and Dan Adams, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children: Margaret Logan and husband Richard; John Ussery and wife Lizzette; Joe Ussery; Peggy Hatcher and husband Paul; and Jimmy Ussery and wife Mandy; Grandchildren: Ashley Rae Farmer and husband Daniel; Brandi Lea Logan and fiancé Pete Guedon; Natalie Irene Urena; Matthew Hayes Ussery; Alaina Marie Ussery; Haley Bond and husband Richard; Jesse Ussery and wife Brianna; Christian Ussery and fiancé Sara Meredith; Raelynn Ussery; and Jason Ussery; Great-grandchildren: Daniel Logan Farmer, Madelynn Culverson, Alexis Ussery, Adam Ussery, Justin Ussery, Milo Bond, Max Bond, Sawyer Ussery and Weston Ussery; One sister: Shelby Adams; One nephew and three nieces.
