Frances Carol Ward Coe

Mrs. Frances Carol Ward Coe of Hartford went home to be with the Lord Monday, July 24, 2023, at her home.  She was 83. 

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 31, 2023. with 1:00 p.m. visitation and 2:00 p.m. services at Hartford Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Spivey officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing. Interment will follow in the Hartford City Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service time. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hartford Baptist Church in the name of Jeff Coe, 105 E. Burch St., Hartford, AL 36344. 

Mrs. Coe was born November 9, 1939, to the late Howard and Bonnie Joyner Ward. 

In addition to her parents, her husband, Robert L. Coe preceded her in death. 

Survivors include son, Jeffrey Coe, Hartford; daughter, Kelly Coe Hohne (Donnie), College Station, TX; grandchildren Katie Farney (Bryan), great granddaughter, Grace Farney; grandchildren Caleb Hohne and Joseph Hohne; brother, Douglas Ward (Sandra), Ozark; nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
