Barbara was born June 27, 1953 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky to the late Charles and Rosemary Haney. She worked hard and graduated from the University of Alabama Huntsville with her degree in Education. Later she earned her Master’s degree in Education from Troy University and was certified in a number of specialized programs. Barbara was a brilliant, compassionate, humble and happy person who impacted countless lives through her work as a teacher, program director at Charter Medical and Chief Operating Officer at Pathway, Inc. inpatient adolescent center. So sorry for your loss, praying for your family. She was one of my favorite teachers. She made us learn The Preamble to The United States Constitution and I still know it to this day. She made learning fun!
