Mr. Bobby Michael Watson of Hartford passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Flowers Hospital. He was 59.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2020 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Slocomb with Rev. Johnny Strickland officiating. Burial will follow in the Noma Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until service time.

Mr. Watson was born September 26, 1961 in Graceville, FL to Mary Champion Watson and the late Bobby Watson. Mike enjoyed spending time in the garden, loved singing, and good southern food. He was a family man and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Mike was a loving son, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who will be dearly missed.

In addition to his father, a niece, Kristin King preceded him in death.

Survivors include three daughters: Nicole Adams, (Tim), Jeannie Watson (Will), and Crystal Scates (Jay); son, Shawn Watson; grandchildren: Tiffany Webster (Michael), Hanna Lloyd, Jessie Kellum, Dillon Waddell, Adrian Adams, Mason Scates, Alexis Scates, Maegan Durden, and Baiden Watson; great-grandchild, Brooklyn Mae Webster; mother, Mary Watson; sisters: Naomi Sheffield (Jamie), and Marilyn King (Ladon); brothers: Nelson “Wade” Watson (Joanie), and Steven Allen Watson (Debbie); numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
