Duncan Campbell

Friday, June 5, 1925 - Friday, March 20, 2020

Mr. Duncan Campbell of the Wicksburg Community departed this life for eternal life with his heavenly father Friday, March 20, 2020. He was 95. 

Mr. Duncan was born June 5, 1925 in Ashe County, North Carolina to the late Charley and Cloe Campbell. Duncan served in his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. 

In addition to his parents, daughter, Linda and two grandsons: Brian and Stephen all preceded him in death. 

Survivors include his wife of 73 years, Mildred; four sons: Philip, David, Paul, and Mark; four daughters: Carolyn, Barbara, Laura, and Debbie; 22 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing.
