Mrs. Lenora Clark Spradley of Wicksburg passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 68.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Slocomb. Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 12:00 noon and continuing until service time.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that you honor Lenora’s memory with your contributions to the Dothan Special Olympics, 620 Sixth Ave. Dothan, AL 36301.
Mrs. Spradley was born December 16, 1950 in Houston County to the late Roy and Mary Nell Hall Clark. Lenora was a loving wife, adoring mother, grandmother, and sister and will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Vernon Otez Spradley; and a brother preceded her in death.
Survivors include one daughter, Peggy Dodson (Rob), Dothan; three sons: Billy Russell, Hartford, James Arnold, Malvern and Jerry Spradley (Thelma), Wicksburg; twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one sister, Kathy Vance; several nieces nephews and other extended family and friends.
