Mr. Harvey Elton Hall of Dothan passed away Monday, May 30, 2016 at Signature Health Care of North Florida in Graceville. He was 85.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Slocomb with Rev. Tim Bedsole and Rev. Hosea Parker officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 10:00 until service time.
Mr. Hall was born March 12, 1931 in Houston County to the late Manual and Addie Spivey Hall. Harvey was an avid outdoorsman and loved wild life. He enjoyed gardening, traveling, spending time at the beach, and fishing.
In addition to his parents, his wife of 65 years, Annie Lee Hall; sister, Frances Meadows; brothers: Luther, Forby and Fred Hall all preceded him in death.
Survivors include two daughters: Helen Hasty and Martha Ann Golden (Harold); grandchildren: Kevin Hasty, Matthew Hasty (Amy), Malena Golden and Elton Dale Golden; six great grandchildren; sister, Clyde Hall; brothers: Herbert Hall, Jesse Hall (Beverly), Daniel E. Hall, Gene Hall (Margaret), Leon Hall; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

We pray for all of the family and friends of Mr. Hall. He was such a great man with great morals,integrity,and love for others. He and Mrs. Hall was such a big part of our lives, that
will greatly be missed. Seeing them both everyday for over 23 years has been a blessing
and we will miss them dearly. We are thankful for the time God allowed him to be a part of our
lives and he will always carry a special place in our hearts!!!
Harvey and Annit Hall were customers of mine at Southside Walmart Pharmacy, their devotion and love to one another were beautiful. Heaven gained 2 Angels noon doubt in my mind they Loved Jesus it radiated through them, I will surly miss their sweet faces and the joy and love they brought to my life and others they touched. Blessings to the family.
