Mr. Noah "Kenneth" Lee of Dothan went home to be with the Lord Monday, May 2, 2016 at SAMC. He was 83. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at First United Pentecostal Church of Dothan with Rev. Joe Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in the Taylor Assembly Of God Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Slocomb directing. 

The family will receive friends at First United Pentecostal Church of Dothan on Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. 

Mr. Lee was born September 17, 1932 in Coffee County to the late Lucious and Vonnie Anderson Lee. Noah was a teacher for over 25 years. During his teaching career he taught at Atmore Christian School, Northside Methodist Academy and Harmon Elementary School. He was a member of First United Pentecostal Church of Dothan. He was a devoted Christian and a loving brother and uncle. 

In addition to his parents, sister, Annie Glenn Brooks and brother, Bill Lee preceded him in death. 

 

Survivors include three sisters: Nell Russell, Dothan, Sue Melhorn, Lynn Haven, FL and Sandra Ivey, Panama City, FL; two brothers: Britt Lee (Janie), New Brockton and Mitchell Lee (Nellie), Dothan; special friend, Judy McGhee, Atmore; several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.

Kenneth always was a kind and gentle person and was always very well groomed. He would help my mom, Willie Jo Lee Van Blarcom, put together the Lee family reunion every year. He always had a smile and kind words for you. Kenneth you will be dearly missed.
