Mrs. Nora Annette Ham Williams of Fadette went home to be Lord on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was 79.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. J Chris Adams and Rev. Bryan Klobe officiating.  Interment will follow in the church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home directing.   The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  Mrs. Williams was born January 12, 1939 in Geneva County to the late J.W. and Essie Thurman Ham. Annette was a true southern lady who enjoyed cooking for her family.  She loved spending time with her family.  She was a loving wife and mother and the best Mawmaw!  In addition to her parents, her husband of over 41 years, Joel Maxwell Williams; her father and mother-in-law: John Henry and Velma Clyde Williams all preceded her in death.  Survivors include her children: Patti Williams Marshall (Timmy), Tammi Williams Harris; Kevin Williams (Holly) and Joey D. Williams (Patsy); grandchildren: Tracy Metcalf, Brian Metcalf (Jennifer), Eric Metcalf (Andrea), Brian Williams, Brianna Williams, Amber Cogland (Derek), Ryan Williams, Justin Harris, Cheyenne Fountain and John Hunter Williams;  great grandchildren: Tyler Metcalf, Ariel Metcalf, Joely Watson, Jacie Watson, Caleb Metcalf, Riley Watson, Paisley Cogland, Damon Metcalf, Emma Carlton and Lyla Carlton; siblings: Jackie Dennis (Tim), Shelia Austin (Kenney) and Jimmy Hamm; special friend and caregiver, Lynda Deese; several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
